*Values subject to change. Registration fees change according to the number of participants. *Each Tier has a specific registration fee and number of available spaces. Once the spaces of each Tier are filled, it automatically pass to the next registration value.
It is possible to transfer an entry to a shorter distance up to 1 month before the event (by September 2, 2025), subject to availability. In this case, no refund will be issued.
Transfers to a longer distance are also possible up to 1 month before the event (by September 2, 2025), but these requests are not automatically accepted and will be subject to the approval of the race director. If approved, the difference in registration fees for the new category must be paid.
To request a category change, please contact us by email at chihuahua@service.utmb.world, including your full name, registration code, and the category you wish to transfer to.
All changes are subject to a $15.00 USD processing fee.
When registering for Chihuahua by UTMB, athletes have the option to purchase refundable registration insurance, which provides the possibility of a full refund of the registration fee in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the insurance. You can find the full details here.
If you do not purchase the cancellation insurance at the time of registration, no reimbursement will be possible.
Registrations can be transferred to another athlete. To do so, please send an email to chihuahua@service.utmb.world The organization will reply with the necessary policy and instructions for the transfer process.

How do I register?
- Choose which race you want to take part in.
- Sign up or create your MyUTMB account and ensure your profile is complete. You will need to do this before you can register for your chosen race.
- Click on the register now button. If you are already signed into your MyUTMB account, you will be directed to the registration page. If you are not signed in, you will be directed to MyUTMB to sign in.
- Complete the required personal registration information.
- Proceed to payment. Please note, the discounted rate for Mexican runners will be applied at check-out.

YOUR STEPPING STONE TO THE UTMB FINALS IN MONT-BLANC
Chihuahua by UTMB is the start towards your quest to the UTMB World Series Finals in Chamonix, the mythic UTMB Mont Blanc, the holy grail of trail running in the heart of the Alps, set on the three key distances: UTMB® (100M), CCC® (100K), OCC (50K), the pinnacle trail running event.
As a UTMB World Series Event, the Top 3 female and Top 3 male runners of the 100M, 100K and 50K categories at Chihuahua by UTMB gain automatic qualification to the UTMB, CCC and OCC races, respectively.
All finishers of the Chihuahua by UTMB collect Running Stones that can be applied to the UTMB Mont-Blanc draw. To be eligible for the lottery, runners need to have a least one Running Stone and a valid UTMB Index.
